Retreats
The retreats are probably the work I’m most passionate about.
There’s something incredibly powerful about taking yourself away from everyday life for a few days and giving yourself the time and space to really look at yourself.
Our retreats bring together breathwork, bodywork, inner child work, shadow work, meditation, psychodrama-informed work, sound healing, time in nature and reflection. But it isn’t any one of those things that makes the retreats what they are. It’s what happens when you bring it all together over a weekend, away from the usual distractions, with a group of people who are there to do the same.
These aren’t wellness weekends where the aim is to switch off for a couple of days. There’s plenty of time to relax and enjoy yourself, but we’re also here to do the work. To look at the things we carry, understand ourselves better, challenge the patterns that no longer serve us and sometimes face the things we’ve spent years avoiding.
You’ll be supported throughout by an experienced facilitation team who know this work from both sides. Before any of us were facilitating retreats, we were participants ourselves. We’ve walked into these spaces nervous, we’ve done the work ourselves and we understand how important it is to feel safe and supported while doing it.
You don’t have to arrive ready to tell your life story and you’ll never be forced to share something you don’t want to. We create the space, offer you the work and support you through it.
